Introduction
*----------*
This program simply allow you to enable special AmigaDOS 2.0 standard
functions such as the wildstar (* now means #?, like on MSDOS) and the
drive-noclick function.
Why using WILDCLICK instead of all these other softwares that provide the
same functions ?
Because it provides you two programs in one in a very economic way.
Because it was specially designed for people who care about performance on
low memory systems such as standard A500 or A1200.
Because it is 100% 2.0 system compatible and only uses 724 bytes of drive
space !
Because it is useless to use big commodity programs that always stay in
memory to do a such simple thing.
What does WILDCLICK ? Is it a system patch ? May it crash my system ?
This program does only one thing : it turns on and off AmigaDOS 2.0
functions (wildstar and drive click) that are provided by this system but
not activated by default.
Thus it is not a system patch since it does what it has to do, and then
exits quietly and frees all its memory.
That's the reason why it may not be responsible of any crashes on your
system (under certain conditions, see below).
