This library contains the following functions to give applications access to
pgp:

pgp.library/PGPEncrypt
pgp.library/PGPDecrypt
pgp.library/PGPFault
pgp.library/PGPSign

Additionally the library has an ARexx port. A working installation of pgp
is needed.
