This is a recompile of the freely available util/libs/ReqToolsLib.lha
package, the AROS backport of reqtools.library, all this recompile
does is double the window width of the requester(s), this is mostly
to alleviate using your Amiga along with modern filenames you will
typically use on your home NAS or Windows/Linux computers.
The default reqtools library window width is insufficient to clearly
see more modern long filenames, chopping down visibility so much that
you simply cannot tell some filenames apart that may have long identical
prefixes with only the end of the filenames being different as with many
MP3 album names.
This double width window approach simply gives you more room to see these
files, best of all the reqtools library already has built in code to
shrink to fit to smaller screen sizes such as lowres so nothing really
breaks from doubling the width.
To ensure better results, download the original reqtools package(s) to
attain the reqtools prefs program which can set default position and size
(note reqtools only supports vertical scaling as normal), if you use
patches such as MCP's reqtools patch, ensure the "Default Size" option
is ticked so all requesters are forced to use the default size/options
from reqtools prefs as some ignore it and open in weird positions or with
tiny vertical height.
