id3tag.library ist eine Library zum einfachen 
Schreiben und Lesen von ID3-Tag von mp3 Dateien.
Unterstützt werden ID3 Version 1.0, 1.1, 2.2, 2.3 und 2.4.

Zu dieser Library gehört ein Programm (id3tagLibPrefs) 
zum einfachen Ändern der Umgebungsvariablen.

Entwicklerunterlagen für C sind im Archive vorhanden.
