    This is a simple gradient generator for testing monitors. It allows you
 to tune/check your monitor for displaying 8 bits per colour (a lot of LCD/TFT
 screens are limited to 6 bits only, or you have a gamma setting set that
 shifts the colour spectrum.

    As usual, this tool is a result of a missing similar tool with same
 function that would work on classic amiga hardware. Also was curious to see
 how different monitors display gradients in real life without gamma settings
 that so called modern systems automatically implement for new monitors.

    This tool also complements my Monitor Test tool, if you need to do some
 serious tuning of your CRT screen or projector.

    Tested on AGA/CGX/P96 and 020/030/040/060/UAE systems and will probably
 work with other more exotic RTG software. Tried resolution from 320x200
 up to 2048x1536 - the maximum I managed to get from a BVisionPPC card that my
 monitor could handle!

 How to use
 ==========

 Just run from WB or CLI

 Program opens Workbench clone screen, so you are required to have
 Workbench running in 8-bit or 24-bit screenmode for 8-bit colour.
 Again please note that AGA delivers 8-bits per colour, a lot of
 old RTG boards have limitations and will show only 6-bits.
 This will also be the case for 15/16 bit screenmodes.

 Once running press the following keys

 [Space, Return, Enter] = next color gradient
 [Backspace]            = previous color gradient
 [Escape]               = exit program

 Have fun with Amiga!

 PS: If you feel like writing me an e-mail, please put AMIGA as subject line.

                                WARNING!
    Do not abuse your hardware, I take no responsibility if you brake it!
