Need to supply a program with a screen mode ID number ?

GetModeID will provide you with a screen mode ID number in hex and decimal
for a particular screen mode.

GetModeID can be run from the WorkBench or CLI.

WorkBench usage is fairly straight forward and CLI usage is as follows:-

 GetModeID <0x/HEX/DEC/NAME/REQ/HIDE> HIDE

 Output modes for environment:-
   0x = C style hexadecimal
  HEX = hexadecimal, no 0x
  DEC = decimal
 NAME = name of screen mode

  REQ = Output to requestor rather than console.

 HIDE = Hide non standard screen modes.

 eg. Set smode `GetModeID 0x`  OR  GetModeID 0x >env:smode
     smode will be set to `quit' upon cancelation.
