An input handler that allows you to manipulate windows and screens by
pressing keys on the keyboard.  It currently lets you perform 25 different
functions.  Features include mouse blanking, screen blanking, mouse
acceleration, "sun mouse", mouse/keyboard locking, and an interactive
program to define hotkeys and other settings.
