I found this packer on an old disk with manual and relokit. It was written by
Bernd Knochenhauer in 1988-12-03 (i'm unsure who's  the author of relokit). I
didn't find it here on Aminet, so i thought i should upload it so it can be
preserved. It may work above ks1.3, but i'm not sure.
