This Release:
- Fixed major bugs in the preferences window.
- Removed <>NIL: as this was causing problems on some machines.
- Added help gadget.
- Fixed closewindow refresh bug in time/date windows.
- Fixed bug in the AddDefEvent routing. Leftover routine from old prefs files.
- 15 Minute preset was missing the half hour field. Also, it would
execute every 10 minutes instead of 15. A simple typo...fixed.
- Better editor housekeeping. Refresh now deselects events.
EZCron is a program that will run other programs or arexx scripts at
given times and dates.
EZCron is unlike most other Cron programs in that it gives the user a
complete Graphic User Interface for controlling your programs start time,
start date, arguments, sound sample on start time, and even text reminder
strings! EZCron makes it easy to add, edit, enable, disable and delete
existing events using an easy to use GUI. No more messing around with unix
like cron config files and hard to learn syntax. EZCron makes it easy!

What's New in Release 3

o Create your own Date/Time presets.
o GUI now more compatable with non-laced NTSC/PAL screenmodes.
o Event listview now contains editable event descriptions instead of
actual executable name. This is nice for identifiing events when
you have several alike events.
o Disabled events now appear like disable tooltypes (surrounded by
parenthesis if disabled).
o Now suppports multiple times for single events. Will also support
wildcards here as well.
o You can now 'tell' an event not to seperate from the main EZCronD task.
This is useful for keeping multiple events that run simultaneously
from 'stepping' on one another. Also useful for executing events at the
same time/date in a given order.
o You can now load and save Event Configurations.
o Now keeps track of your reboot time and date.
o Redesigned preferences control panel.
o Supports external plugins via arexx.
o More scripts.
o Load and Save individual events
o Multiple prefs files have been replaced with one prefs file.
