This is Lha-ed Locale directory with new language ImprovedEnglish and new
workbench catalog for ImprovedEnglish. It's simple to install. Do like this:
unlha it to your locale dir: LhA x Locale.Lha Locale:, then start the Locale
in your Prefs dir. on your Extras3.0 disk and clear all languages select
improved english as first and then English as second.
