This is a small patch for the Workbench Tools Menu and Hotkey Preference
Editor (T.H.E.) that adds back the Up and Down buttons meant to move
entries up and down in the list.

Usage
----------

The package includes a script "PatchIt!" that will attempt to automatically
patch T.H.E. assuming that the executable is placed at SYS:Prefs/THE

In case you want to patch manually, the patch file is named "THE3.pch" and
it is placed in the same directory as the "PatchIt!" script.

Credits & License
----------

Not much of this work is ours - except for understand the logic of the
original script by Nils Goers and Frank Ruthe and stitching back the old
feature that somehow did not make it in the THE2 package. All credit goes
to the original authors - as far as our work is concerned, we waive all
rights to them.
