This is the latest release of AmiTEL by Pascal Grange. It's a terminal
emulator for Minitel and Prestel (France/England/Greek).

   A lot of improvements since the previous release :

    - Added the Greek Videotext font.
    - Warning: by default, AmiTEL does not detach from CLI.
      Use the new option DETACH to force AmiTEL detach from CLI.
    - Now uses ObtainBestPen() to set the colors on Workbench.
    - Replaced The option/tooltype COLOR16 by DEPTH (4 to 8 : defaults to 4).
    - Changed the option/tooltype HANGUP to HANG. Also added the Arexx
      commands INIT, ESC, HANG, NUM to setup the modem, and QUIT to exit AmiTEL.
    - Added StripFont() to delete the tf_extension structure (24 bytes) used
      by SetFont().
    - Added the option/tooltype ENVOI to automatically add the minitel ENVOI
      (RETURN) code after a mouse selection in the emulator.
    - Added the option/tooltype STRIPHIGHBIT for the connections using X25.
    - Corrected a positioning bug: US   would not get into 0,0.
    - Added the Reset option in the Videotext menu.
    - Added the 'Amigatel_w3' Arexx script as an example to get connected to a
      Videotex server via the internet.
