Picture Converter 2.4a, a localized Graphics Converter GUI for the NetPBM
Package.
It can convert multiple projects in one go and has some other nice features.
Include Italian, Nederlands and English Cataloge (Sorry, Bubble-Help is first of
all german).

Read Formate:
IFF ILBM, GIF, PNG, JPEG, PCX, BMP, PICT and TIFF
Write Formate:
IFF ILBM (8-256Colors, 24bit, HAM & HAM8), IFF Adventureshop (8-256 Colors),
GIF, PNG, JPEG, PPM, YUV, BMP, PICT and TIFF

Picture Converter 2.4a ist ein Tool zur Konvertierung, Scalierung und Farbum-
rechnung umfangreicher Bildersammlungen.
Für sämtliche Grafikoperationen werden Programme aus dem NetPBM Paket genutzt.
(Liegen komplett bei).
Die Benutzeroberfläche und Guide sind deutsch. Über Localedateien können
weitere Sprachen genutzt werden.
Folgende Bildformate werden gelesen:
IFF ILBM, GIF, PNG, JPEG, PCX, BMP, PICT und TIFF
Geschrieben werden können diese Bildformate:
IFF ILBM (8-256Farben, 24bit, HAM und HAM8), IFF Adventureshop (32+256 Farben),
GIF, PNG, JPEG, PPM, YUV, BMP, PICT und TIFF
