Pic2Icon is a small tool which converts the image data of pictures to
an (shrinked) icon. It provides a simple GUI as well as Shell support.
To load the pictures it uses datatypes.library. But note that currently
only pictures with colors less or equal to 256 are supported!

Usage
~~~~~
Pic2Icon can be started from Workbench or from Shell.

When started from Workbench you will see very soon an AppIcon 
on your Workbench. Simply drop a picture on to this icon and the
pictures's icon will be changed to the image data of the picture
itself. This will delete the old icon's image!
Doubleclicking on the AppIcon brings up a GUI where you can alter
some settings.

The shell template looks like:
  IMAGE1,DEST,DESTWIDTH/N,DESTHEIGHT/N

IMAGE1
 The picture which should be converted. If omitted an AppIcon
 is created (like starting from WB)

DEST
 The destination (without .info). If omitted IMAGE1 is used.

DESTWIDTH/N
 The width of the resulting icon.

DESTHEIGHT/N
 The height of the resulting icon.

CROP/S
 Crops the picture if it is larger then 256x256

PLANAR/S
 Also creates old planar icon information

If you specify neighter DESTWIDTH nor DESTHEIGHT the image isn't scaled.
Note that the icon.library supports only icons with maximum size of
256x256 pixels.
