GhostBuster is a commodity for use with WB3.5 and WB3.9, which is useful for
people who use their CD-ROM drives regularly for playing audio CD's, or use MS
DOS formatted disks.
When a Music CD is inserted, or a floppy (with CrossDOS, fat95, etc),
the Workbench will show two icons, one of which is ghosted. This may
be a bit unsightly to some people, and to hide this icon, you can change

I have included the source code in this version (note: this was pre-OS3.9 NDK
It's written in C, and was originally compiled using DICE. Some alterations may
be required to compile it with Storm or vbcc.
I've also included a fixed version of the catalog compiler.
